Beginners Yoga

These Beginners Yoga Courses run for 8-12 weeks and will provide you with a good foundation in the basics of Hatha Yoga practice: yoga posture, yoga breathing, deep relaxation and meditation. You will learn the Sun Salutations, 12 Basic Postures and their variations, and the 5 Points of Yoga

All practices are adapted to suit your body’s needs and capacity. The practices will help teach you to:

  • Build strength and flexibility
  • Breath to reduce stress, sleep better and increase energy levels
  • Deeply relax and strengthen your nervous system and stress resilience
  • Reduce tension and pain the body, stress and suffering in the mind.

COURSE FEE: £108 for 12 weeks or 2 x £60 for each 6 weeks of the course.
