I regularly hold workshops which take us deeper into the teachings and practice of Yoga. Workshops may focus on:
- Fine-tuning and developing asana (yoga posture) practice
- The 5 Points of Yoga: that is, Proper breathing, Proper Movement, Proper Relaxation, Proper Diet, Meditation and Positive Thinking based on the ancient wisdom teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda.
- Raja Yoga
- Bhakti Yoga
- Ayurveda & Yoga
- The Healing Power of Yoga
Also, we gather sometimes to celebrate special days in the Yoga calendar with meditation, chant and puja (prayer ceremony), chai and snacks/supper.
Occasionally we gather for meditation, supper and spiritual film evenings.

Deepening Hatha Yoga Practice Workshop
These 2.5 hour workshops run on saturday mornings from 10 – 12.30 noon at St Peter’s Mission, Manor Rd, Stratford Upon Avon. Each week takes a different theme to support the advancing of your Hatha Yoga practice. These workshops are about deepening your practice, not only by refining Yoga posture practice, but also other by developing our experience of other limbs of Hatha Yoga practice – namely, in these classes, kiryas, pranayamas, and meditation – as vehicles for nurturing, reconnecting with and resting more deeply in the Self. There will also be some chanting practice.
The workshops require that you have 6 months Yoga practice. To join these workshops and/or the mailing list for details of forthcoming workshops please email me.
