Join me for this workshop to enquire into the possible root causes of your digestive ailments, your metabolic susceptibility to certain digestive and eliminative problems, and Yoga and Ayurveda remedies and solutions for optimum digestion. In Ayurveda, the digestive system is seen to be the seat of good health and imbalances in this system to be at the root of all disease: aches and pains, weight gain, skin conditions, fatigue and other common ailments can arise due to sub-optimum digestion, as well as a diet that does not fit with our metabolic type.
Balancing digestive function is essential for a healthy, happy life. And Ayurveda has a fantastic system for discerning the root of digestive ailments and for redressing imbalances with lifestyle and dietary adjustments and herbal remedies where needed. Alongside Yoga posture, breath and visualisation practices, there is much scope for attaining optimum digestion and thereby all round improved health and well-being.
