Pregnancy Yoga

In these classes, my regular Hatha Yoga classes are adapted to safely support you through the tremesters of your pregnancy. Not only can the practices help to keep your body strong and fit throughout your pregnancy, but they can also help you mentally & emotionally to make the most of these precious months.

Alongside the postures, special breathing practices, visualisations, and meditations, will help to nurture a beautiful connection between you as an expecting mother and the new life you are carrying within you.
