Mixed Level Hatha Yoga

The Mixed Level Hatha Yoga classes are for those with a little to a lot of Hatha Yoga experience. Classes may include sun salutations (surya namaskar), moon salutations, dynamic sequences, static postures, guidance on alignment and variations to suit all needs. In these classes.  I draw on my training in Sivananda Yoga Vedanta tradition, Structural Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda Yoga Therapy, and with world-renowned teachers of Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda. 

Classes are one hour or one and half hours and include pranayama (yogic breathing) practice, deep relaxation and meditation practices as well as Yoga posture practice.

Beginners are welcome as each class will offer variations of postures to adapt the practice to their capacity. However, complete beginners are advised to take some 1-1 Private Yoga sessions with me first of all, to acquire a good foundation in the basics of Hatha Yoga practice, From there you can more safely grow in the mixed level classes.

What is the class fee?

Classes are £12 for 1.5 hours class on a pay as you go basis. OR you can buy a 4 week block of classes for £10 per class.
