TRANSITION HEALTHILY FROM SUMMER TO AUTUMN WITH AYURVEDIC WISDOM

Here is my latest article for Kindred Spirit online magazine. Transitions are times of greater mental and physical vulnerability, Ayurveda teaches us.I think we have all experienced this in our major life transitions. However, have you noticed it during the changes from one season to another? We are more susceptible perhaps to the effects of stress, to infection, and to feel to one degree or another “off kilter”
